Lease Abstraction

RE BackOffice provides lease abstraction services to service a wide range of companies. These include corporations, law firms, brokerage firms, investors, developers and property managers. In addition, the company also provides lease audit and due diligence services as well.

Pricing is dependent on several factors including the number of pages in a lease, the number of data elements to be pulled, the types of data elements (numbers vs. text), the type of lease (office, industrial, retail, etc.), the number of leases, the number of quality control levels expected and the desired turn-around time. All of these elements factor into the final price. A typical financial abstract averages in the $65 to $80 per lease range.

Leases are generally abstracted into an Excel spreadsheet or entered directly by our staff into a client's database system for an additional fee.
